Mozambique Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcmz@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Mozambique Government controlled BTCMZ address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Mozambique ("BTCMZ") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Mozambique Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Mozambique has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
